1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the e777 platform ("Platform") and its members ("Member" or "you"). By opening an account, accessing, or using any service on e777, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms.

e777 provides online casino, slots, sports betting, and live gaming services for users in Bangladesh. These Terms apply to all service categories, including casino games, sports markets, live dealer games, and any future services.

2 Membership and Account Registration

To open an account on e777, you must provide accurate and complete information. The name, mobile number, and ID details provided at registration must match your actual information. If an account is opened with false or incomplete information, the platform reserves the right to close it at any time.

Only one account per person is permitted. Opening multiple accounts under the same name, address, mobile number, or device is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts may be permanently closed and their balances forfeited.

2.1 Registration Eligibility

To open an account, a member must:

• Be a resident of Bangladesh and operate the account personally;

3 Age Limit and Identity Verification

All services on e777 are strictly for persons aged 21 and above. Minors are completely prohibited from opening an account or using the platform. Anyone who assists a minor in accessing this platform will be subject to necessary action.

The platform may request identity verification from a member at any time. In such cases, a copy of the National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence may need to be submitted. If verification is not completed within the specified time, the withdrawal process may be placed on hold.

4 Account Security and Password

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Passwords must not be shared with anyone, and no third party may be allowed to operate your account. Both accessing another person's account and allowing others to use your own account are prohibited.

5 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

e777 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. For bank transfers, major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank may be used.

5.1 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for any payment method);
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name;
• Deposits from third-party payment accounts or unidentified sources will not be accepted and will be returned;

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

6 Bonuses and Promotions

e777 offers various bonuses and promotions for members. Each offer has its own conditions, which are stated on the promotions page. By claiming a bonus, you also become subject to that bonus's specific terms.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will give a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times — meaning ৳1,200 in bonus requires a total of ৳24,000 in wagers.

Depositing ৳33,400 will yield a ৳20,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳53,400. In that case, the wagering requirement is ৳20,000 × 20 = ৳4,00,000.

6.2 VIP Cashback

e777's VIP program has four tiers. Cashback is awarded on net losses each week:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback;
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback;
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback;
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Example: A Gold tier member who incurs a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 in cashback.

6.3 General Bonus Rules

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once;
• The relevant bonus code (if applicable) must be entered before making a deposit; it cannot be added afterwards;
• If you attempt to withdraw your balance without meeting the bonus conditions, the bonus will be cancelled;
• e777 reserves the right to modify or cancel promotional offers.

7 Game Rules and Betting Conditions

All games and sports betting markets available on e777 have their own rules. It is advisable to read the relevant game rules before playing. If a technical error is detected in a game result, the platform reserves the right to make the necessary correction.

For sports betting, odds may change from time to time. The odds applicable at the moment a bet is confirmed will be treated as the final odds for that bet. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet is generally refunded, though exceptions may apply depending on the rules of the sport concerned.

8 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts;
• Using false or incorrect identity information;
• Placing bets strategically to circumvent bonus rules or collecting bonuses through fraudulent means;
• Placing bets automatically using software or bots;
• Attempting to access the platform's systems without authorisation;
• Attempting to access or hack another member's account;
• Conducting money laundering or any illegal financial activity;
• Misconduct or threats directed at platform staff.

9 Account Suspension or Closure

e777 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason, without prior notice. However, a violation of any provision of these Terms is generally a common reason for account closure.

A member may also request to close their own account. In that case, any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed — subject to wagering conditions being met.

10 Limitation of Liability

e777 strives to operate all games and services as smoothly as possible. However, services may be temporarily disrupted due to technical issues, server outages, or faults in third-party services. The platform does not bear liability for compensation arising from such disruptions, unless the fault is a direct result of the platform's wilful negligence.

Members are themselves responsible for any financial losses incurred in games. e777 gives no guarantee on game outcomes and is not obliged to compensate members for their losses.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

Details of how your personal information is collected, stored, and used are provided in e777's Privacy Policy. By opening an account, you also agree to that policy.

The platform uses SSL encryption to protect member data. Your information is not sold to third parties. However, data may be shared when required by law or upon request from a regulator.
